Tradewinds Villa is a newly built quality home designed by a local respected Architect and is located in the up-scale development of Samaan Grove, complemented by 24 hour security. Tradewinds can sleep 10 adults in comfort. This is excellent for two families, extended families or larger groups. The gated community provides exclusive access to “No Man’s Land” beach (temporarily closed for repairs), a beautiful beach which will transport you to paradise.

The location is close to several beaches and essential services such as medical facilities and grocery stores and nearby restaurants are there for you to try the various cuisines. Local shops and a large modern shopping mall are only a few minutes away.

All rooms have their own en-suite and are all air conditioned with an additional flat screen TV in the master bedroom. The larger style kitchen with its elegant walnut finish gives you the perfect environment to entertain your close family and friends. The Villa design provides you with a natural flow from the inside living area to the outside alfresco area, leading onto the teak decks adjoining the relaxing pool.

The Villa is equipped with additional burglar proof security windows ensuring a more relaxed stay. WiFi is provided to keep in touch or to relax while doing important work; in addition direct cable television is provided for your entertainment.
